NAME;; Ayumi Miyamoto
ALIAS;; Whatever 'clever' or 'cute' nickname you can make from her first or last name - but nothing that'll piss her off.
AGE;; 14 years
GENDER;; Female
RANK;; Potential group/gang leader, Current civilian.
OCCUPATION;; She who roams the streets with a gun.. Ahah, she don't really got an occupation.
SPECIES;; Human
SIDE;; Neutral
Just gonna stand there and hear me cry
but thats alright because I love the way you lie

LIKES;;
- COFFEE;; If anything, it would be the girl's addiction. If Ayumi's gone without it for too long, for whatever impossible reason, she'll scout out the nearest source of it, and go to the extreme to get a drink. It's like her weakness.
- THE NIGHT SKY;; After an easy-going or rough day, she'll always make her way outside to where she's able to gaze at the beautiful display of stars. Nothing pleasures her more - aside from coffee - than the sight of the moon and stars together.
- HER GUN "AIKO";; Carrying her handgun with her everywhere she goes, she eventually grew attached to the weapon. She had recieved it had a younger age, as if her current age wasn't young enough. Now that the war had broken out, she finally had more chance to use it and show off her privately trained skill. Grateful of the protection it had provided her, she named it "Aiko", a name translated to "beloved". And so, she befriended an inanimate object.
- ACTING;; Being 14 with dreams of a future career still bright in her mind, she promised herself that if the opportunity ever came, despite the struggle of the war, she would become an actress. The view from a stage always inspired her to practice acting, and she's not very modest about her thinking she's pretty good. The only problem is - she's horrible.
- MANGA;; She has quite a collection of manga back at her grandmother's house. Often times, she'll spend a day or two just reading alone in her room. If not, she'll take a volume out with her and wander around town with her eyes glued to the book. She may have finished every one of the manga books in her house, but she will still reread them all countless times and enjoy them just as well.
DISLIKES;;
- DISRESPECT;; Regardless if she gets it from someone much older than her or a bit younger than her, Ayumi won't tolerate it. She hates to be underestimated, and will stand up for herself rather boldly. The only thing that will stop her from an unnecessary outburst is if the one that disrespects her is one of her more closer companions, or is of a high rank in the military force. Otherwise, she just might be tempted to shove them against a wall and declare she deserves equal respect. :'3
- FAILED COOPERATION;; Ayumi seeks companions or followers that can at least cooperate correctly, as she is the determined leader type, despite her young age. She wont be held back by those who are unable to follow orders or suggest them, for the sake of whatever kind of group they have formed. In this way she is picky of who she chooses to associate with. The respect she is shown by said people plays a big part in how greatly she'll deal with them as well.
- OVERREACTIONS;; Even though her poor acting skills involve her being over dramatic, and even though she may overreact to receiving disrespect, she generally gets annoyed when other people freak out for smaller reasons.
- SMARTASSES;; Jerks that are often just all talk.. she can't stand them. They get on her last nerve, and it won't take long for her to become enemies with them if they haven't already gotten on her bad side.
- SELFISHNESS;; She does have the mind of a leader, one who can never make selfish decisions. In general, selfishness to her is ridiculous, and if she sees or hears of it at all, she'll be set on ridding it of the certain person who used it.
STRENGTHS;; Ayumi has a determination that is very well shown with her can-do attitude. She never considers her more younger age to be a problem when performing responsible tasks, and believes that those who display a decent amount of capability and faith in their self are just as able to do most things as any other. For this reason, she is quite stubborn, not allowing others' theories of her being weaker because of her age and gender convince her. At the same time, she is good at encouraging others as well as point out the flaws that will hold them back.
Along with her confidence is her ability to lead. She is well aware of how much any older individuals would not want to put up with being ordered by a younger girl, more likely arrogant men. However, she is not shaken by this, for doubtful followers would be tossed aside. She takes note into what will drag a group down, which supports her potential in leading a group or gang.
In addition, she is responsible and not easily fooled. You can trust her quite well as she is reliable, and she would never abuse one's said trust. All these qualities can sure make up for her young age - she's more mature than some would expect.
WEAKNESS;; But with strengths come weaknesses, and everyone has them. Ayumi's negative qualities vary from an obsession with coffee to being impatient to a few or many more. While she is normally rather bright and happy, she can have quite the temper when she's stressed and can become a bit unapproachable or harsh, which can really decrease her urge to put forth effort or enthusiasm.
Her sensativity to insults and disrespect is slightly unnecessary at some times. Most often her temper shows when others get on her nerve in this way, and those who know her well enough are aware of her reactions to this treatment. What triggers her anger as well is when people mention her being 'too young', and it can cause her to become extremely defencive depending on who it is.
While being stubborn can be a good thing, it can just as much be a bad thing. She tends to not exactly know of her own flaws as much as she's aware of others', and often puts herself in a situation not suitable for her own skills. This is mostly influenced when spectators tell her that she is not capable, where she will declare they are wrong and insist on participating. This seems to contradict her being confident, for it sometimes comes from an uncertainty that she actually is strong enough. However, for an odd reason she doesn't know of her own flaws to where she can fix them. Said flaws are already just so natural to her, and she is uncomfortable with changing them.
PERSONALITY;; Ayumi Miyamoto is a promising individual, and has shown ideal traits that one who desires to become some type of leader would have. In fact, to lead a group or gang to survival in the current situation of the town is one of her biggest wishes, and she is certain that, if her age wouldn't be such an affecting piece of information, she could actually be a great candidate. Recruiting people that can accept it is her first mission.
Her responsible attitude and thoughtful actions show clearly how much she is indeed able to lead, and it basically describes her whole personality. She hardly thinks for herself, not for one person, but instead for an entire group. For this reason she does not appreciate selfishness. She tries her best to eliminate flaws, but for some reason she is unaware of her own. This might make her seem arrogant or hypocritical, but in reality she'd been told by 'someone wise' that if she tried too hard to perfect herself, she'd no longer be Ayumi Miyamoto. This piece of advice made her focus, not on her own problems, but on others' instead. Whether or not she is wrong to interpret the advice this way is not of her knowledge.
While she is only 14 and can, at some times, be a little childish, Ayumi is actually rather mature. She is trusted enough to where her parents, before they had run off, gave her a gun to defend herself with. With the war developing and chaos exploding through the streets and forts, she discovered how much it would come in handy. Her biggest dream of becoming an actress, however, she has lost hope for, but from time to time, she'll act dramatic as practice. You should really pity those who witness this, as she is ridiculously bad at acting.. But at the same time, she's greatly defensive of her 'skill'.
Ayumi is, as mentioned, a confident leader-type that can also be pretty defensive. But normally, she is actually a happy and upbeat girl. She can act her age, yes, and like many who are her age, she can have a dirty mind. Not often does she act that immature.. But you can see her in a happy mood quite a lot. She's not always serious - just during particular situations. Some say she has an adorable laugh, actually. ;D
I can't tell what it really is I can only tell you what it feels like
and right now theres a steel knife in my wind pipe

[/I] Her father.. Her father was a big influence on Ayumi's courageous attitude. He taught her ways to earn respect and ways to keep it. Day after day there was some sort of lesson, involving the use of riddles and imagery that were to form a situation or goal within her mind. You bet that was how she became such a confident girl so early.
FAMILY;; Makoto Miyamoto was the father of Ayumi and her younger sister Murii, and Katsuki Miyamoto was their mother.. Ayumi and her father had a tight bond, like mentor and apprentice, while Murii and Katsuki were the more womanly family members of the household. They were a happy group, with bright memories and a great closeness, up until the war made signs of approaching. That all had led them to tragedy.
Ayumi and her grandmother, Reina Miyamoto, they had never been completely close. They didn't hate eachother.. They simply had never bonded. Now that she is the only blood related family Ayumi has contact with, she tries her best to make homelike a bit easier by getting to know the elder. But the issue with this is her grandmother is still suffering grief of her now dead husband. She's become bitter and cold.. it's a good thing she hardly talks. So life at her new home is gloomy, and that is why Ayumi spends most of her time outside.
FRIENDS;; Rachel Marie was Ayumi's best friend, and Rachel's breed led Ayumi to side with neither of the races. Rachel was a hybrid with orange fox ears and tail. She was an angel, Ayumi assumed, and when the war started, she couldn't think of turning against her, and yet, she couldn't do the same against her other human friends and family. So the two best friends promised that the both of them together wouldn't be on either side. But when Rachel betrayed her under pressure, Ayumi couldn't believe it.
Ayumi and Rachel had planned on meeting someplace to escape from all the pressure and/or depression at home, since Rachel lived under a demanding father's roof and Ayumi had such a grouchy grandmother at home. Ayumi waited at the abandoned and private meeting place, only to encounter Rachel's father's henchman, who'd been sent to "rid of Rachel's pathetic distraction". Ayumi assumed it wasn't entirely Rachel's fault.. but word slipped that Rachel had sent the man instead. Ayumi didn't know what to believe, so Rachel told her herself. "You're attempting to corrupt me with your foolish beliefs, what else was I to do?"
And so, it was hard to trust anyone else from then on.
HISTORY;;
After her father had been assured that his oldest daughter had been well trained and clever enough to deal on her own, he handed her the responsibility of a gun. Ayumi was excited beyond belief that he trusted her so much. The gun was cherished from then on, and eventually, it was all she really had left.
There had been tension that her parents had sensed between hybrid and human. Makoto and Katsuki were expecting some sort of mess to come out of the two races clashing so suddenly. When they revealed their plans of escape, just after the war had begun, Ayumi protested immediately. She had made many friends in the town; she couldn't abandon them and everyone she knew in a cowardly escape. And that was her selfless reasoning that made either parent so proud. However, Ayumi's parents disagreed with staying, and when they had done so, she stated her decision - she would stay, and they would go.
After arguing on and on about the insane idea, Ayumi still didn't budge. "I've got a gun, and I've got heart. You know what I can do." With a long silence and an everlasting hesitation, they eventually agreed. And so they transferred her to her grandmother's house, and the farewells they had said to eachother could make anyone cry. When the final tears had been wiped from all their faces, Ayumi's mother and father and younger sister left her there, in a poor neighborhood with gangs running wild in the streets.
It wasn't long for news to travel, and when it finally arrived to her new home, Ayumi discovered the rest of her family's death. Her spirit had died out for a while then, until it had finally been restored with what? Her new discovery of coffee. That hadn't meant she had suddenly forgotten about her family, but it sure had distracted her well enough. This was the one thing she could thank her grandmother for.
With her new homelife rather depressing due to her grieving and bitter grandmother, Ayumi spends most of her time outside. She never leaves the house without her gun, and she never stays at home without her gun. Since her gun is the one item now that she could take pride in, she pronounced it's name: Aiko. You could tell she had been lonely for quite a while. But she kept her chin up. "Chin up!" That was her motto from then on, and she'd heard it, along with a lot of other advice, from her grandmother.
She'd gone through grief and struggled, but she always kept her chin up.
