Everything has changed since the return of power within the Volturi. Aro is still building his army of gifted vampires in Volterra, but in Gatlinburg, a new power unfolds. Emmett himself is now creating his own of many talents and hoping to defeat Aro. To stop the madness with a revolution overseas. The vampires, not just the vegetarians, but all are unsure of what to do. To join the rebel cause, or to join the capitol race.

Seminoles and Quileute tribes have seemingly come to some sort of understanding; they'll help each other for as long as they can, but with the Koyukon and Aurunci shifters lying in the wake, who knows how long a truce can last between the two tribes? No one is sure, but the bear shifters have come to a conclusion; they must hunt the vampires down one by one.

Humans are scared, their world is falling to shambles, everything is being ripped at the seams. Fires and smoke fill the air these days. They know that hiding may be their last hope of survival.

The time has come.
